Great service, friendly and happy with amazing pots and plants at good prices .
Extremely helpful and I asked Yu-Pei to do a corsage & lapel rose to match within an hour, and she did a fabulous job!
I Got Roses for Valentines day from my husband from this store. It was really bad customer service. There was a Asian Lady Who was extreamly rude had no respect told me to shut up as i was explaing how My Roses died after 1 day of purchase. Jessie was Kind enough that she refunded My money back.

Not sure why you’d list your Saturday open time as 9:00am if you’re not going to bother to opening at that specified time. I’ve been waiting outside for just about 15 minutes now, still dark inside, still closed.
