I reached out looking for a new therapist, and Ilene responded very quickly and shared her rate - it was high for me, I'm self-employed right now. I asked if there was a sliding scale and she asked for my income and what I do. Ilene Wolff is a great therapist! She is warm, understanding, and so compassionate. She helps people rebuild their relationships by creating new patterns while healing past hurts. She is insightful, personable, and really loves helping others. She is a great listener and she really cares about her clients. She also sees individuals and helps people deal with trauma.

This therapist (Ilene Wolff) brings a lot of talent and expertise to a powerful method of working. If you're looking for a great therapist and techniques that work better than talk therapy, I recommend making every effort to get onto her schedule. She really knows her stuff, and I find her so caring.

If you want to make a great Apple Pie you'd probably talk to the best pie maker in town and for me that was my Grandma. Same thing goes for that Classic '67 Mustang. Go to the shop where your buddies trust taking their cars for repairs. The world has gone through a lot the last two years and I found myself experiencing some life issues that I thought needed to be addressed. Ilene brought monumental changes to my life and has helped me deal with some issues that were never really helped by previous therapists. If I have a friend in a dark place and they can afford her, I would (and i have) unhesitatingly send them to Ilene. What surprised me was how quickly she can help you turn things around. I don't really understand how she does it, but she is very active rather than just listening.
