RecommendedEver since my first day as an intern in InDinero, I would always come in groggy after waking up at 5 am and traveling to Makati. The journey was always exhausting. I signed up with inDinero at the end of 2016 and paid over $4700 for the two tax preparations THEY told me I needed. A 990 filing and an LLC filing. The salesperson I worked with left shortly after I enrolled, the onboarding person I worked with left in the middle of the process. After 6 months of being passed among various members of their team (making my tax filing extremely late) they finally decided I did not in fact need the 990 they had me pay for, however, they only refunded me $1200 of that initial payment. Huge amount of mistakes for the last few months, many of which are actually costing our business money. Follow-up is terrible. I used to refer folks in, but can't do that anymore, just incredibly disappointed.
Moving our business to the US from Sweden was not the easiest part, but we have got a lot of help to solve that. I don't know how we should have managed to solve all our accounting and taxes without InDinero. I just love how easy it is now to handle our expenses compared to our process in Sweden =).
Fraudulent company that has charged me for services I never asked for. They refuse to refund and are charging me for extra months.
