DR Horton’s promise of a 1 year all inclusive home warranty lulls home buyers into a false sense of security. In reality the warranty process has been a series of excuses without correcting even the simplest issues. Although we are generally happy with the material condition of the house, we are extremely disappointed by the warranty team’s customer services and quality of work.
