Refreshingly Awesome – I have been to Indigo three times and find it to be one of the best values in the city. I am always greeted with a smile by a truly sincere staff that knows their product quite well. The food is flavorful, and priced great! Finally, if you like wine, their list is deep and very 'funny', with quirky wines and lots of side notes. Give it a try on Fri or Sat after 8 pm.
Dinning and Drinks at great prices! – We have gone several time to Indigo. The Ultimate Wine Dinner is a great way to sample wine and the wonderful food offered. Great place and knowledgeable staff.
A Food & Wine Lover's Dream – Stumbling across this SF gem made my day! I had never been, but had heard that it was a great place to meet friends for a wonderful dinner. The experience we had was terrific: the server was sooo friendly and knowledgeable, teh food was consistent and creative and the wine list was to die for!! This is the kind of place that makes dining in SF a real treat.
May Leave You Feeling a Little Blue – With only a modicum of perfunctory decoration, the starkness of Indigos brightly lit dining room is totally devoid of warmth. This atmosphere, however, is incongruous with the relaxed, California bistro feel conveyed by the menu. Awesome unpretentious fine dining – The perfect place to take someone for a casual dinner, and to enjoy the "cali" dining experience. The waitstaff was attentive, and wonderful, but not pretentious. The food was inventive, classic (if there ever was a thing) california cuisine, but not too far off the beaten path to scare away potential diners. And the prices were incredible, 50 bucks gets you a three course meal, and unlimited wines by the glass. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Great atmosphere, service – We had a very nice experience at Indigo. The atmosphere was perfect -- nice but relaxing and unpretentious. We enjoyed a great bottle of wine at a great price. Service was very attentive. Food could use some work, was less than spectacular, but the overall experience was very nice.
Nice place. I'd go back. – The food was good, the staff was nice and fun. I like how they offer wine suggestions with several of the items on the menu. I'd definitely go back.
