Best massages in the STL area hands down. Aaron(sp?) was my therapist and I told him that I was having issues it my shoulders, IT band, and sciatica. He asked my preferred pressure and how I felt about foot and scalp massages (I was fine with it). During the massage, I could tell that he listened to me and even though it was a full body massage, he truly adapted the massage to those particular areas. I have been seeing Liz for the last 4 months, she is amazing! I am a hairdresser and an aerialist so my upper body is constantly soar, but since I have been seeing I am not in constant pain. I always feel refreshed and happy when I leave! She is friendly and we have a consultation everytime. Everyone here seems to really enjoy their jobs and they are all very helpful! I definitely recommend this place

I give it five stars. It’s the best! Anne is an excellent therapists. She always asks what’s going on with your body and has an instinctual , nurturing yet strong, and healing touch. Friendly, peaceful, clean environment. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s a regular, important part of my self care.
