Indigo Grill impresses with its fusion of contemporary and traditional flavors in a stylish setting, perfect for a memorable dining experience.
Fine Dining in Little Italy Indigo Grill is another collaboration of the Cohen Restaurant group and Deborah Scott, a clear indication of quality dining in San Diego. The menu is native american/latin fusion based. There is a very extensive selection of margaritas! I highly recommend the vegetarian entree "Good Things Growing".
Great Place Their spinach salad is wonderful. It is perfectly dressed, and included spaghetti squash, strawberries, some type of toasted nut or legume, and a crispy corn fritter with a gooey center on the side. The service is very friendly and the prices are not too bad
Indigo Grill: You Gotta Go Incredible! The brie appetizer was good, perhaps i heard too much of how wonderful it was before i went... lots of different flavors infused together....some mole, green chili, bread/crusted brie, and jalenpeno jelly...yum! For dinner i had the cedar planked salmon which was great, wasn't a fan of the purple cheessy pasta served with it. trendy Trendy fusion food for a little bit more than the adventurous. A great spot to go with friends to enjoy a drink and have some great southwest fusion dishes. The service was decent and the experience was somewhat forgettable. Worth the trip if you're just curious but not a regular spot
Indigo Grill The food at this restaurant is interesting, different and outstanding. Exciting combinations of ingredients and dishes. One of my favorite dishes is 'Good things Growing' which is a combination of small vegeterian items that are perfection. Presentation of food is over the top. Favorite thing to do is sit up at the counter and watch the chefs in action. Plus, this is the best way to get a seat when the wait is long.
Great Fun I've been to the Indigo Grill twice with a group of friends and we always have a blast. The menu is eclectic, to say the least. All the things you think you recognize, turned just a little on their sides - but don't be alarmed - even if it sounds like an outrageous combination of foods, chances are it's better than the original, so give it a try. Decor is fun, crowd is fun, make reservations because they are almost always busy for dinner.
Ok Food was great but service was slow. I won't be visiting any time soon
