Update: I ended up not leasing here due to conflicting information from the leasing office. After my initial tour I fell in love so not even a few days later I drove back across town, had my support system gather at the apartments, toured a unit, and applied that evening. During my visit the leasing agent quoted me a specific price and even wrote everything down.
