Horrible The worst place I have ever lived. People constantly smoke weed around this place, you fear your car will be vandalized, and management is all in on the greed and you’re left wondering what to do. They overcharge through the roof and are not anywhere near the cost of rent per month. Additional cost for filthy storage as well as parking. They are not honest and upfront about ANYTHING. Do not move here!

Verified Renter I have loved the experience of living Indigo 301 and this type of living, compared to older-style apartments or living in large houses in suburbs. The feeling of this being a happening place is enchanced with the proximity to all the dining/shopping plus the KOP mall. Definitely recommend this to anyone, old or young!
