Verified Renter Need a boxing bag/speed bag for the gym. Better rodent protection. Better activities for residents and mobile shredder for spring cleaning. Make your own bouquet was a nice activity. Bring the Real Real back

There are other apartment properties within throwing distance to this one, and, while Indigo 301 is adequate and the staff is friendly and helpful, they are simply mediocre by comparison… Not horrible, not excellent.
