Its within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops & The leasing team was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
Verified Renter Moving from a house to an apt alone was a big change for me. Management and the people here have made the transition so much more easier. They listen. It is not always the way I want something but management does listen and gives a reasonable response.

Both sides Location is great, building is less than 3 years old but shows wear and tear once you leave the lobby. Resident events are minimal however amenity spaces are nice to socialize in however everything is off limits at 10 pm due to quiet hours courtyards, gameroom, business center, fitness center and even the dog park. You are not permitted to take your pets anywhere in the community either. Just out to do their business and back in. They take security seriously with cameras plus an overnight officer too.
