Dana is the most intuitive, creative cosmetologist I've met, and her colour skills, in my opinion are nearly unmatched. 10/10 Will always come back to her. Fabianna is also one of my favourites. Her cuts are beautiful, and blow-outs bouncy and lustrous.
I absolutely loved my experience at Indigo Salon I will give my highest recommendations to all my friends n family. Gunner did an amazing job cutting my hair can't wait to have him cut it again
worst customer service ever. absolutely shocked that this place would allow such horrible customer service. called the company of the products and the service was 100% better. wish they were aware of how terribly the people who sell their products treat their customers. very disappointing.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gunner - he is so caring and gentle with my girls ... he takes the time to educate on hair care and styling instructions... I'd give him 10 stars!!!
I grew up with a hairdresser for a mother. When she passed away I was lost. Where do I go? Who knows there stuff? Fast forward- I have been going to Indigo to see Shelby for about 14 years (on and off because I moved away) I have never left feeling anything but amazing. I trust her completely. And she shows me how to make it look as good the next day as it did when I left the salon. I highly recommend Indigo to anyone who wants to love their hair.
This has been my second appointment. The service is amazing! Everyone is kind and friendly. And my hairdresser Sarah, was wonderful. I have hair thinning in my family as well as thinning as a symptom from my pcos. So I gave up on my hair looking nice. But I always leave there with confidence. They really listen to your concerns and what you want and are able to deliver! Will always go here!
$100 deposit to be given via credit card over the phone for color appointments????!!! I don't think so..... They should think before they issue ridiculous new policies especially knowing that I WAS a returning customer. Interesting enough too, policy has been in place since January.... look up how many times I was there since January and yesterday was the first I heard of this. Any smart person would know not to give their credit card over the phone to a complete stranger....
I have been coming to this salon for close to 10 years now. The stylists and receptionists are all wonderful.
