We ate there the other night to have the Pork Belly Lo Mein app and it was delicious. The bartender who is also a part of Edible Sarasota told us that the recipe was featured in their magazine this month. Well we went through the process to get all the ingredients and go to the Asian Markets to get the black vinegar and the proper noodles and took the 2 daYs it takes to properly prepare the pork belly. Hands down the best in Sarasota. The problem is every time I want to go in for a specific menu selection, Chef's special is always too enticing to pass up.
We stumbled upon this delightful restaurant this evening. We didn't know anything about it other than Google said it was farm to table. We decided to check it out and drove over. The hostess politely explained that reservations are typically required, but there was open seating at the bar. We happily opted to sit at the bar, and we're so glad we did!
