Indie Bakehouse is hands down the most amazing micro bakery in Brisbane. Tanya the owner makes incredible slow rise sourdough as well as delicious and unique treats. All to die for. Her catering is fresh, delicious, bright and wholesome. She sources the best ingredients from local farmers who care about sustainability. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I regularly order the sourdough. My family can’t live without it.
