Whoever the lady is that answers the phone should be wrote up. My sister who has multiple sclerosis and has trouble holding the phone called to see when her appointment was and the lady just kept hanging up on her. She is on Dr Patterson side of the clinic. Totally unprofessional. Would be different if the lady said that she couldn’t hear her. She just kept hanging up. This lady was not very nice at all when finally we communicated with her. This happened on 6/15/2020. It was a white lady.

When i go receptionist is always so nice specially Ms. Washington. Always concern about ur illness luv this clinic..
