Very good price. I had a 3 bedroom and all 3 of them were quite a bit larger than other bedrooms in many of the more expensive apartments in Hot Springs. But I would advise never leaving your laundry in the laundry room while waiting for it to be done, things do get stolen out of the laundry pretty often.
Location is perfect: bank branch, bus stop, grocery, Alco store, dry cleaner shop, barber and beauty shop, auto repair shop, and an excellent pharmacy are an easy walk across Lowery Street from the apartment complex entrance. Access to downtown Hot Springs is easy and quick by way of Malvern Road. The apartments are all electric, with plenty of electric outlets.
