Awesome customer service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
We needed lamps to get us ready for an event, and the ones we ordered were misplaced by UPS and had not arrived the day of the event, so we bought some here. We bought the wrong lamps! We didn't realize this until 4:50, called to see if they had the ones we actually needed, and they not only had them, the staff member who answered the phone stayed late so we could pick them up! Customer service like that is hard to find, and it was even a Friday evening! So grateful for this save!
The guys at Indy Stage have made my move to Indy working in a small school theatre SOOOO much easier than I could have ever hoped for. Not only do they help you find what you need, they come to your place to install and help whenever they can. Amazing service! Thanks!
