We specifically asked for high-quality architectural shingles and paid extra for them. The sales rep even showed us samples and said they came with a 30-year warranty. After installation, I noticed the brand on the packaging left behind wasn’t the one we agreed on — they had used a cheaper product. Unreliable and dishonest. They kept adding extra charges that were never mentioned in the original estimate. I felt completely ripped off.
Worst contractor experience ever. They damaged my gutters during the roof replacement and refused to fix it. Stay away from this company.
