They made a mistake on putting my power in the wrong address did a review on conversion cause they recorded every conversion n come to find out they made a mistake n went to a hotel that night cause it was so hot. N do u not know they will not pay for the mistake they made. Very unfair, very unprofessional, n very unsatisfactory company. I hate aes. But this is the only electricity company here in Indy. So sad.
AES is a joke they used to be Ipl! Now they got a new name AES. Is the current Electric company for Indianapolis.
