The worst company I’ve ever done business with, hands down. AES keeps increasing rates to “improve service” and “keep up with demand” but their service continues to get worse each year. To perform this badly and this consistently requires some really incompetent leadership and a total lack of any accountability (thanks IURC). When you are granted a service monopoly to deliver life sustaining services you really should take the responsibility of that a lot more seriously. Would give 0 stars if I could. Lose power all the time for no legitimate reason. Takes hours to restore. Getting worse each year I live in my house.
If I could give zero stars I would. The rate increases are absolutely ridiculous not to mention the power goes out all the time ! I feel we’re being taken advantage of as we do not have an option but to use AES in our area or not have power
