Very difficult to get a human for support. Long wait times no call back option. Cost is through the roof. You can't even get an energy assessment done in person anymore unless you make VERY little $$ Price Hikes are insane.
There should be an option to give negative stars!! How do you get a representative to answer your phone call!!!! Our bills keep increasing, we lose power or have power surges (which aren't good at all for appliances, etc!). Their online payment system is a joke!! I logged into my account to make a payment, on the due date (which was a Friday), but would not allow me to select that date. Instead it would only allow the following Monday as payment date. I can't even figure out how to get power on because I can't get a human on the phone so I can have them pull up my account #. I've spent weeks and hours on the phone. Next week I guess I'll have to make an in person visit.
Overpriced
The bill says "due on the 31st", but if you pay close to that date...it's late. You need to put the actual date it is due on the bill. It's confusing!!!!!!!
