Terrible billing and staff were clueless stairing at all the information still won’t explain ur bill! Or why I’ve been getting charged since 2023 for a property I haven’t lived at since 2020 !!! You'd think we live in a third world country with how many power outages dealt with. At least 3 a month if not more, which is once a week. Maybe AES should be investigated like NIPSCO up north for the absolute atrocious infrastructure management and updates. How else does it go out this many times a month? ALWAYS LOSING POWER
AES is trash. They don't care about their customers or their system reliability, they only care about their shareholders. It's not like we can change - we are stuck with them. The way they have jacked prices up on households to subsidize these enormous, energy-sucking data centers is outrageous. Yet, AES lobbies (and often wins) more and more rate hikes without ANY improvements in service. They just pocket the money. AWFUL company.
