Unorganized management scams employees they hire in spring into working 7 days a week, with the promise of winters with less work. Then, after they are up and running for the summer, they fire the overworked, under-paid employees so they don't have to pay them during the winter. I do not envy their karma.
Management is unprofessional! One of them drinks constantly and fires people for standing up for themselves. They work their employees to death while they stay in the bed and drink all day. The most unorganized and unprofessional group ever! Do NOT take them on as an employer and do not take them on to service your pools. They hire people off the streets to service your pool and do not fully train them! The attendants don’t show up for work when scheduled and mangers never check in to see what’s going on! HORRIBLE
