Never had good teeth even though I believed I was taking care of them properly. I found myself with just two upper molars, one of which was infected, and knew something needed to be done if I ever wanted to eat again. Please do not bring your child to this establishment! The staff is extremely rude and do not care. They have an agenda and they dont swat. The worst experience I have ever had. Please go somewhere else!!
My HIPPA rights were violated. My referral was sent to someone else, the moment you all refused to service me then my referral should have been returned to me and no one else. Despite the forms filled out. Also I did follow instructions when asked to hang up the phone. The second time I was called back from the waiting room, she had not asked me to do anything but walk back to the x-ray room. my wife needed wisdom tooth and jaw tooth pulled she was nervous about getting them pulled . Dr Falender explained the procedure and between dr Falender and his assistant and office staff she was happy with the results , she followed their instructions and did great , highly recommend Indianapolis Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center
I had surgery this morning getting all four of my wisdom teeth out and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Reading some of the reviews i was a bit skeptical, but all went well! The dental assistant was a very sweet lady and consistently tried to make me feel better and calm my nerves. Then about eight hours after the procedure the oral surgeon called to make sure I was okay and if I had any questions, which is greatly appreciated! The staff was all kind.
