I was referred to this office for wisdom tooth removal and had a deeply disappointing experience. During my consultation, I provided my insurance information and specifically asked the staff to obtain a pre-authorization from my insurer outlining all costs before I agreed to schedule. I was told my out-of-pocket cost would be $250, so I proceeded based on that assurance. After the surgery was completed, I unexpectedly received an additional bill for about $300. My experience here was absolutely terrible. I was referred to Indianapolis oral surgery & dental implants because I had an exposed piece of bone on the lower right side of my mouth. He recommended that I have surgery and smooth the bone out and get a biopsy done because I had an ulcer in that area that wouldn’t heal. I agreed and had the surgery but then he said let’s wait two weeks on the biopsy and if it doesn’t heal properly then we will do the biopsy. Once again I agreed.
