Great service
We hired Neil Perry to inspect a house we were buying and he did a fantastic job! He revealed a lot of defects that would’ve been a headache for us to deal with down the road. Highly recommend!
Make sure you pay attention to the fine detail… the inspector missed major damages including roof damage that was not caught although there were apparent ceiling damage which he said was old and it drips when it rains, foundation damage there was a huge hole underneath some shelving in the corner of the basement where water pours in when it rains, and electrical outlets and light fixtures that do not work.
