Free Dental Day was a scam. I saw an older gentleman talk his way, as well as his granddaughter, into a slot by speaking to the owners wife. They arrived AFTER me. There was also poor communication regarding marketing, as some flyers told people to make an appointment and some said first come first serve. Overall, not a fair or pleasant experience.

Love my dental office! Dr Ingram is the best!!!
Unfortunately, my experience today was the last straw. I've been going to this office for about 10 yrs and have been mostly happy. The hygienists have always been great. There have been few hiccups here and there, such as the dentist filing my front teeth on one occasion without my permission (Luckily, I stopped he before too much damage was done), and a staff member asking me about another patient who goes there, but was not there that day (HIPAA doesn't allow that).
