Perfect weather for the 500 Festival Parade
I'm a contractor that does work there on occasion and everyone I've come in contact with for maintenance to the tenants have been awesome. If you're looking for that kind of atmosphere to live in and can pay the type of money they're asking then that's for you.
We love living in the IAC. It is a great, convenient location to lots of things downtown. The condos have all been updated and are very spacious.
Great spot to live if looking to live downtown. In walking distance to the sports venues and lots of restaurants
