I love my new Meile. It's actually "fun" to vacuum every day because my floors and rugs look clean when I'm done. My cats are still not too sure about the "new addition" to our family.

I never thought I would post about a vacuum, or the place I bought it, but here I am! I really like my Miele vacuum. The various features make it easy to use, to the point that even my husband commented on how nice it is to use. The service is excellent as well. We vacuummed up a sock & they got it out easily, on the same day I called about the problem!
