Very nice, made me feel comfortable, very knowledgeable, friendly. Like all staff, would recommend to anyone.
Called having issues and the office got me in immediately. Friendly and professional staff. I’ve seen 2 doctors within the practice. Both very thorough. Finally I found a practice that listened to my concerns , resolved the issues and I’m back to a normal life.
Dr. Suozzi himself may be a great surgeon and great at what he does. I had a very major surgery and from the time it ended it has been horrible him and his team COMPLETELY dropped the ball. He never came to follow up with me in the hospital, I was without pain meds for awk cause NO staff members call you back. I've tried to call several times with complications and be seen and no one will return my calls. I have to wait another 2 UNTIL MY PRE SCHEDULED FOLLOW UP .
