I went in for a perinial abscess and they treated me for constipation and just put me on stool softeners awful services
Excellence began as I stepped into the building. The security guard and the staff registering patients were welcoming. With a calming and reassuring confidence, the nurse took my vitals then ushered me directly into a room. There was a bit of a wait to be seen which was forgivable due to the rest of the experience being so positive. The doctor and the paramedic/nurse were equal parts empathetic and expeditious to my condition. When the new build is complete, IU Health will be peerless due your outstanding staff.
The physicians and nurse were very good. However the bathroom was dirty and needed To be cleaned.
