As a realtor, I had my first experience with Indiana Title today. They handled two closings for me. It was great! Maddie did a wonderful job. She was personable and efficient. Thank you.
I thought Maddie did a great job, and then we closed. The closing was seamless because of her efforts. My issue is that, instead of spending $10 to expedite the check to me, they put a stamp on it and sent it via USPS. Didn’t ask, I would have reimbursed them if they couldn’t afford it. Honestly, everyone else cashed their checks and got their money, except the seller, who lives out of state and didn’t receive the check for ten days…. So yeah, 2 stars because severe lack of forethought, otherwise all good.
