Just wanted to say Indiana Residential did my bathroom remodel. ***** ******** is the guy to talk to. They do great work and all the employees are really outstanding. Dont know if anyone is planning anything but just incase this is my recommendation.

I purchased home and the seller gad some repairs that needed fixed per our purchasing agreement she got it quoted and awarded ti Indiana Residential. They were to come out to complete the small amount of items approximately 2 weeks after I closed. They gave me the 2 days and I took vacation off work. The crew was on another job the morning of 9/22 that had unexpected circumstances that took longer than expected. I was told to use this company by my Realtor; we needed to get an estimate on an inspection report. We also wanted to have this company address some of the repairs, but at this point I'm not sure anyone even works there. I had called their business number on Friday and they did not respond or return my call. I emailed them on Friday too and did not receive so much as a receipt email. Our policy is to respond to requests within 2 business days, and his request was on the list of items that would be responded to within that timeframe. Indiana Residential remodeled our kitchen and upstairs bathroom, added a half bath downstairs and converted two bedrooms upstairs to a Master Ensuite. They did a terrific job with great attention to detail. We had the original floors refinished throughout the house which required a good deal of patching. The floors look great.
