I thought it was a scam- turns out its not. Ascension once again, coded an ordered service (test/scan) incorrectly and what should be 100% covered is not. This company, regrettably, does not send paper bills - they send a text asking for payment. I invested my time and effort to find out that its not a scam. Ascension has great doctors - but I think its just not worth it to go to any of there facilities- the coding for services (in my experience) has been wrong, so the billing is wrong. Can I fix the wrong (fake) bill with Radiology Partners Crossroads successfully? I Radiology Partners Crossroads sent me a bill for a service I have never done with them on the date they put on the bill. I called Ascension St. Vincent billing department and was told to ignore this wrong bill. After 6 months, I received a collection notice from a financial LLC called Mnet. Never received bill from them directly and I contacted my insurance company to try to resolve the issue. The provider's direct phone number is not active. Getting bills from a California based LLC. Forwarded the information to my attorneys office for possible fraud.
YOU ARE A SCAMMER! I was at Ascension St. Vincent for my annual exam in January 2025. The doctor sent me for X-rays of my knees. I had them done right away, right there at the same location. In March, I received a bill from these people Radiology Partners, whom I'd never visited, much less authorized.
