scam company!!!! i was denied with a cosigner due to credit and money. i never submitted a paycheck stub? THEY JUST TAKE APP FEES THATS ALL AND DOESNT COMMUNICATE AT ALL UNTIL YOU CUS THEM OUT
Update 1-15-25 WEEKS LATER Still no toilets and no response. UPDATE 1-4-25 DAY 11!! OF NO WORKING TOILETS! Day 3 of no working toilets…. The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I filled out the application and paid the fees. After that, they stopped responding to me. The phone goes straight to voicemail and they tell you to email them. Which I did, with no response. The emails I received were harsh and rude...please, do not interact with this company. They tell you to apply to get their money and then never return emails or calls. WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
