This clinic is a wonderful facility with professional and caring staff. Dr. Arbuck, Dr. Paquette and Karen, PAC were able to help me with my pain issues.
Unfortunately, my wife and I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Arbuck. From the start his demeanor came off as cold, rushed and dismissive. It felt like she was more of a number than a person. Questions were brushed off, concerns minimized, and there was little to no effort to build any rapport or show empathy. I have been a patient of the Polyclinic’s for over 10 years. I have seen nearly every specialty and almost every doctor. I can, without a shadow of a doubt, state that the polyclinic is the reason I have survived the last 10 years. This place only cares about money. The Dr. actually told me sell t-shirts if I had to in order to pay for a non FDA approved test. Proceeded to give me a medication I told them I had bad reactions to during a procedure. When I brought it to their attention they acted concerned, but after that discussion I left and a few days letter received a bill and dismissal letter.
