Dr. Arbuck is fantastic. I have worked with him for three years now. My very first appointment I wasn't sure about him, but he quickly won me over when we went through my genetic testing results, and he has been fabulous every appointment I've had with him since. He is caring and knowledgeable and works diligently to help find solutions to every need. I have found him to be extremely trustworthy and honest. The nurses there do not get enough credit for what they do. They are the ones holding that place together. We have been going there 2 1/2 years and heard nothing but, "we will help you" ,but yet the same now as I was then. They are all about the Money. Late appt. Fee and no show fee went up more than double, to $80, Dr.Arbuck trying to sell his book. Billing issues and the billing dept. is a lost cause. We recieved a notice in the mail on June 16th and just over 2 weeks later, they are calling saying the account is past due ... read more
I'm really grateful for the treatment I receive at the clinic. Dr. Arbuck is amazing and Linda was great as well, now Dr. Wentz has taken over for Linda and she is great too. Today's appointment was a normal 15 minute visit, but Dr. Wentz spent 45 minutes with me to explain my MRI and the treatment, she also listens closely to all of my concerns. I've been going to the Polyclinic for over 10 years and my life has improved so much with the treatments I get from them.
Been going to the Poly clinic for about 8 years. Thanks to them, I've been able to walk and do normal things that I normally would not be able to do the staff The doctors, everyone is very friendly and professional, but I don't know what I would have done without their help.
I have personally been the recipient of medical neglect at this office multiple times. Not making sure I had a driver and starting an infusion anyway (because no one told me to have a driver), charging me for that appointment, doubling up medications, not making sure my medicine was available for my appointment, finding loopholes in cancellation policies so they can collect (they’re not open on Fridays so if you have a Monday appointment to cancel you have to call Friday evening instead of the weekend because they time stamp... read more
