All the staff are great caring and welcoming. Dr. Arbuck treats not just my chronic pain but also cares for my mental well being. I'm very pleased with the care Indiana Polyclinic.
I've been a patient here since March of 2024 and from living my life navigating through pain to going days upon days without pain has changed my life. I will never ever go to this office again! They have the strangest policies I have ever gone to. They want you to come to appointment 15 min before the appointment and if you are late $65 charge! If you are sick.. even if you were in the emergency room or had a procedure and you don’t give a 24 hour notice $65 charge! What kind of office is this!
