They are rude. There are no signs that day no can't talk on the phone on speaker so I had to step outside to wait for my ride. The doctor also didn't let me know that it was going to be painful to shot the numbing medicine in my toes till after then after the fact I had to sign a waiver saying it was okay. These things have to be known beforehand so the patient isn't left feeling embarrassed. This is my opinion go and make an opinion for yourself.
My elderly mother was very nervous. First time to podiatrist. She went on and on afterwards about how kind they were how much time they took trimming her nails working on calluses etc. She's excited to go back!
Dr. Ung was very thorough in explaining the procedure to me. Very nice. Knowledgeable
The people who work their was very nice to me, caring and attentive to me and my needs.
