Dr. Randolph is an excellent doctor! He is a very kind man and gives you choices. He has great bedside manners. My knee surgery was very successful. I have had to wait about 15-30 minutes to go back to see him but I don’t mind the wait because I would rather have a doctor who is going to take time with me and not rush me when I have questions and concerns. Plus I will wait for the best skilled doctor any day.
I had to reschedule my first appointment after waiting for 45 minutes because they were way behind due to some computer malfunction. The rescheduled appointment was during a time when Dr. Randolph was double booked, so I had to wait over an hour and a half to see him. They clearly don't value your time at all here and are just in a hurry to squeeze in as many paying patients in as possible.
