Awesome from start to finish, everyone made our kiddo feel at ease, the surgeon super impressed he didn't just talk at her he showed genuine real care, all the staff did as well, I would recommend them to everyone esp if you have a young adult with 1st time surgery, we are very 😁 happy
Dr Pruitt is the best I trusted him with my special needs adult daughter. The entire staff was patient and very friendly Had to wait a while in the waiting room before the appointment but was worth it.
Fantastic care and service from front office all the way to discharge. Dr Potter does everything with excellence. Thank you for such a positive experience for a procedure everyone dreads.
Do not recommend this place. 1) My kid had a consultation at their “sister” location and they refused to use it at this location. Guessing they just wanted to bill the insurance for the same thing again. 2) this place discriminates against step parents, My daughter was taking up there by her sister and was told she needed a parent, My daughter told the girl at the desk that her step dad was on the way and was told she needed her real dad to come not her step dad.
