Update: after my last review, I expected a call from the manager to talk about my concerns. Nobody has called me. This makes me feel like they do not care about their patients. Now I need to get money back from my insurance, but I cannot send in a claim because they need to send in a requesf first. They sent the claim 6 weeks ago, but I have checked with my insurance and they have not recieved anything from this office. This has been very stressful because I call and nobody answers the phone. Is this place still running or what? My son has been waiting for weeks for a call back to have an appointment scheduled. We’ve called multiple times and still have yet to get a response. Very unprofessional service. Not sure if it’s the front desk or the actual doctors. Get it together please.
We were on their waitlist for a neuropsych eval. We waited for 3 months and then learned that they are no longer accepting the type of eval we needed. Luckily our pediatrician followed up with the referral and let us know, but I am disappointed that ING didn't reach out to tell us.
Great experience. Friendly provider, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
