My account was hacked last weekend. I'm so appreciative of Grant and the supervisor on staff on Saturday July 3, maybe Kim. She calmly walked me through how to clear everything up and to issue me new documents. And Grant, patiently got me re-enrolled in my online banking. I am a huge supporter of Indiana Member Credit Union and thankful for how kind, compassionate and thorough the staff is.
