I see Dr. Anderson at the south side office and have always had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and puts my fears to ease. I’ve never had any problems with the front desk staff. They’ve always been friendly, promptly provided me with another lab req when I ve lost mine and they always patch me through to Dr. Anderson’s assistant, if I have any question. I see Dr. B and I love her! However I HATE the south office, the front office girl Brooke is very rude! She tries to act like I haven’t done my orders that my doctors ordered and I have told her several times that the orders are completed and the results are actually in my chart! She has gone back forth with me several times on things of this nature! I will not be back to this office, save yourself and go to the west side office. The young lady up there is very respectful. This office has horrible customer service.
At my appointment today, definitely gets 5 stars. Checkin was handled quickly by the friendly front desk clerk. Nurse Allison was prompt taking me back. She, too, very friendly. Dr. Santos was so very nice, very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. Great smile also.
A second appointment with Dr E.. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Both appointments were ahead of scheduled times. Absolutely no waiting. Very impressive M D.
