Providers are good, support staff are not, and they don't accept online payments.
Have been extremely happy with my care from Dr. Kousourou. He listens, is patient, covers every single base and explains in detail. I never felt rushed or as if my issues were of no importance. IIMC has lost out on a great physician.
These people are rude in person and over the phone. You don’t like your jobs then get new ones. Life’s too short to be miserable.
I've been trying to schedule a appointment for since 3 o'clock the day prior it is now noon of the next business day, no call back , not even spoke to a human being. Awful customer service.
