As with many other health care facilities in the U.S they advertise that they are accepting NEW patients when in fact they cannot handle the patients they currently have. It’s usually easy to set up an appointment for a scheduled Medicare appointment with your doctor but if you need to see a doctor outside of that appointment date it is almost impossible. Where do I start? I was released from St. Francis by IIMC with nightly sats of 76-85% without any oxygen set up because I walked 100 feet and my sat was 94%. I call to see my Dr, whom I love. Dr. Ahmad, but he was on vacation. I was told by his MA, Stacy to go to the ER. Ummm No!!! I was just discharged from the hospital. I HAVE A HISTORY AS A ER RN. 28 years! Giving a 2 because Dr. Kerner is very sweet and always nice, however, I have noticed new front desk workers and new nurses who are not welcoming and friendly. I’ve always had a good experience until now.
Dr vyas and his wife dr dipti vyas have the most uppity better than you entitled attitudes out of anyone I ever dealt with in healthcare. Like news flash.. you're not!!!!!
