Have been extremely happy with my care from Dr. Kousourou. He listens, is patient, covers every single base and explains in detail. I never felt rushed or as if my issues were of no importance. IIMC has lost out on a great physician.

I've been trying to schedule a appointment for since 3 o'clock the day prior it is now noon of the next business day, no call back , not even spoke to a human being. Awful customer service.

My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a personal conflict, at which time I learned my initial physician was leaving the practice. I was subsequently booked with a different provider five months out. After waiting several weeks, I was contacted and informed that this second physician is not actually accepting new patients. This administrative oversight has resulted in a nearly six-month delay since my original referral was submitted. Horrid experience! Incompetent back room support. Refuse to provide printed prescription for non-control substance. Will not provide correct information to pharmacy without multiple calls. Will not provide 1 year prescription so they can charge for more visits. Never get a call back or to talk to a person over phone. Many better opportunities.
