I am so happy this evening. I went in today, thinking I was going to be seeing Brittney, but sadly she has moved. BUT I got to meet Dr. Rick and all I can say is WOW!! Awesome man, knowledgeable doctor. He took his time, got to know me, and my medical history, and I just can't say enough. The entire staff there are awesome, friendly, helpful people. Today was my first time at Indiana Immediate Care in Shelbyville and it was AWESOME. I’m actually still here, writing this review! Doctor Rick was awesome and made sure I understood everything he was saying to me, and Angie and Mistie helped me get everything filled out. Great experience and I’ll absolutely be back. Very clean, very fast, and I’m very pleased. �
RecommendedAwesome staff!!! Dr. Rick, Angie and Mistie are the best around!!! Reasonable wait times and even if you have to wait a bit just remember he is providing awesome care to someone else and you’ll get your turn. I love that they provide primary care with no appt. necessary; this works great with our busy schedule.

I’ve been here a few times just me and a couple times with my kiddo. Dr. Rick is fantastic and the girls are great too all are so helpful! Not to mention they are generous and give out popsicles and a beverage usually even to adults lol. Had to stop today for a knee that is infected and Brittany and Dr. Rick helped me and did a great job. � and wait times are normally short at this office! I love it!
Dr. Rick is very personable and makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. His assistants Danielle and Brittany are awesome as well.

Dr. Rick was awesome, great bedside manner, and he is hilarious. He was thorough in his examination and made me feel at ease! Angie and Jackie were very personable and also made our visit memorable! Highly recommended to anyone in need of quick and friendly service!
