In response to the review about the waiting room needing updated, I have spoken to an employee of IHP who told me they are getting ready to remodel and I suspect it will look a lot better in a short amount of time. I try not to focus on that kind of thing but focus on the care I receive and IHP has always given us great medical treatment. The photo below is of the waiting room for the lab area. The carpet is clean, the seats look fairly new.
The waiting room is NASTY. Every seat has ripped upholstery (including the check in area) and dying plants. I am appalled that a health provider would offer such germy surfaces.
