Dr. Kaplan worked on my five year old son. He has a torn ligament in his elbow. Dr. Kaplan was great!! He ended up having to put him under a general to be able to reset the elbow and put a cast on it. Dr. Kaplan was willing to do that instead of hurting him and making him afraid of doctors. My son was terrified and in a lot of pain when we went into his office. Dr. Kaplan took his time with him and made us both feel better.
