My husband's appointment was at 11:15. We were in the waiting room until 12:30 waiting to be seen by a doctor. Then we waited another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Was it always this way or only after OrthoIndy bought them?! I can understand and accept a reasonable wait at a doctor's office. Over an hour wait is disrespectful to the patient and unacceptable!
