I bought all my furniture there after i had a fire in my house they held all my furniture till we could move back home and it holds up well love it
Huge disappointment in our custom upholstered Flexsteel couches. Both started ripping and tearing right after warranty expired. They repaired them & only to happen again. Beyond frustrated. Who wants to have their couches constantly fixed? Now our pillows too. We have had these couches for only 3 years now & they look terrible. I will never purchase anything from this store again!
Bought a sectional on clearance. Even bought the protection plan for fabric. When a spring came thru after a few months I called them. It was bought on clearance no manufacturers warranty. The protection plan: the spring came thru in less than a year, that's covered under warranty! See where this is going? Beware clearance Beware Guardsmen protection plan.
We had a great experience. Victoria came to our house and helped us redesign our living room. She was wonderful and patient with my indecisiveness. Our living room looks like a completely different room and we love it! Brian and Ryan were very friendly and professional. They moved everything in without any problems! Thanks again!!
We got a fantastic deal on a sectional AND an entire living room set. Everything was delivered on time, as promised. Tanya was very helpful and not pushy at all. Best of all, we LOVE our new furniture!
Never again,live and learn,they don't stand behind their warranties, contradiction on what they say they and what actually do.

Andrew was a great salesman and worked to ensure that my items were price-matched with a competitor as well as showing me additional options for future furniture purchases. In addition, the delivery guys, TJ and Alex, were great and despite the challenges presented with the delivery (requiring doors to be removed), they ensured that the process went as painless as possible.
