We purchased a new mattress set the day after Christmas. When delivery day arrive they were prompt and arrived in the time frame window that had been stated. The delivery by Brian and Collin couldn't have gone more smoothly. They were very courteous and went above and beyond with a smile with my every request. My fiancé visited there almost 11 years ago. Had a terrible experience. While cautious about returning, we're so glad we did! Jill was amazing at understanding our needs and what happened in the past. She went above & beyond what she needed to, to make our experience what we expected the first time. Just got my furniture delivered. Love it. Love the boys who delivered it. Brian and AJ were awesome. Even nice to my crazy dogs!! And Lisa who sold it to me- she's great. Kind, no pressure, really really nice!! Super happy!!
Went in to start looking for a couch and love set. Didn't look any further, they have a wide selection and found exactly what we were looking for. Great products and Jill was excellent to work with...no pressure to buy, very friendly and knowledgeable.

We purchased our sectional sofa here back in June. So, when we got the end of the year flyer, we said "Why not?" Our current table and chairs are on the raggedy side, so our mission was to find a good dining room set. Bought two Lazy boy special order recliners and they are a beautiful addition to our living room.
I have bought my furniture from them for years. I will never buy furniture here ever again! I will take my business somewhere else. One of the sales people showed us a picture of exactly what we wanted so we verified the color with her only to have it delivered and be 3 shades darker than the bedroom set we were promised. We go in talk to manager and the salesperson once again. Find a set. It took over 2 months to get it and when they did deliver it the footboard was already damaged. So they had to order a new one.
