Good place to shop for furniture with good prices! Worked with Tonya and Jeremy who were very helpful as we ordered a new lazy-boy sectional. Now looking forward to the delivery.
Nice atmosphere, nice people, didn't bother you unless you asked. Good assortment of furniture for every room. Delivery service were great guys, respected your home when bringing in product. Will definitely be back !
I love my furniture and Brian my salesman was wonderful. But After that it was downhill got my couch within one week but was told ottoman would take 2 to 3 weeks. Called on it and was told I would get it shortly but two months later I received it. That part of customer service was terrible and employee was very rude when I called.
You can shop around all you want, (Believe me I did) but if you want the best deal you got to go to Indiana furniture! We had a wonderful experience at Indiana furniture the sales people were Terrific and so helpful they guided me to the exact piece of furniture I was looking for. I was looking for a good recliner. We looked through their La-Z-Boy area and believe me they had quite a few to choose from. Went in tonight looking for a new mattress and found exactly what we were looking for, Thank you Jeremy for your help and not being pushy is always a plus! I will definitely be back
Went on line and found something i liked asked for a price quote. Jeremy called me this am told me the amount, almost 300.00 cheaper than than Lazy Boy Store. I showed up at Indiana Furniture bought the chair in 10 mins. Jeremy was very nice and answered all my questions.
My first large purchase of the year was a lift recliner at Indiana Furniture & Mattress, and I was happy to save $200 over a previous sale price. Both Jackie and Deb were involved in the sale, and while they were helpful and knowledgeable, they were also just plain fun! My husband and I were surprised at how quickly and neatly the delivery men (Brian & Ryan, I believe) had the chair set up and showed us how everything worked. It's being well used every day!
