:( NEVER HELPED!!!! :( I sat in approximately 50 sofas and a like number of chairs. Hoping to walk out with my order placed. An hour and 15 minutes later not one person has stopped to ask me and my husband if we were helped. :( Unbelievable!!!!!

Just bought my daughter a new bedroom set. We worked with Brian and he was easy to work with. The furniture was delivered ahead schedule and the delivery people were very polite, including taking all the garbage with them.
Went in to purchase a recliner for my mother who resides in a nursing home. Our sales rep (Brian) was very helpful. I'm the kind of shopper who prefers time to browse without being pressured by a hovering sales rep. That was not the case here. After finding exactly what I wanted, Brian helped us finalize the purchase very quickly and efficiently. I've purchased furniture in the past from Indiana Furniture and have always been happy my purchases. Great company, great quality furniture, and great people to do business with.

After shopping at several furniture stores and being frustrated with the quality we’d seen, we stopped in Indiana Furniture. Very impressed with the large and easy to navigate showroom. Huge selection. Our salesman was awesome (Jeremy). Highly recommend.
It's so annoying to have someone hovering and equally annoying to not find someone when you have a question...somehow, the sales team here always gets it right. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant to work with. I've been searching over 2 months for what I wanted at every furniture store in northwest Indiana...all the while, not really knowing what I wanted. Received my couch and chair today and also had 2 couches removed. Delivery was exceptionally easy. I had great help when selecting out my furniture. Everyone was very nice and did not pressure me to buy something, which was great. Very pleased so far with my purchases.
