I just can’t give enough praise to Ronnie and Indiana Carpet One in Indiana! This is the 3rd project that I have worked with them and they always go above and beyond! They make the process so easy and they have a great selection of products. Our last project was a large one with major tornado damage and unsure time lines on installation due to reconstruction. But Ronnie always was so accommodating and understanding which was so important to us while undergoing such an emotional situation. Thank you to the entire staff!

The worst place for service in Indiana. Had to call to find out if they were coming the day of measuring, they lost the measurements came out later that day. We went in and picked a sample that we liked. They never called to install. Not sure why because they were never busy that I could see. Sending review to BBB
