The worst place for service in Indiana. Had to call to find out if they were coming the day of measuring, they lost the measurements came out later that day. We went in and picked a sample that we liked. They never called to install. Not sure why because they were never busy that I could see. Sending review to BBB
Indiana flooring put in our luxury vinyl flooring in during covid. Couple years later had an issue with one tile. They promptly came out and fixed the tile. I appreciate their customer service. Family owned business!
Buyer beware when's the products installed they're done with you. Had a solid vinyl tile come up just 3 years later they wanted $350 to fix one tile isn't that ridiculous. Had another friend who spent a fortune on flooring for their house and it was coming apart and they said too bad their brother had to fix the floor. If you drive by no one's ever there That's an indication that people's no longer buying there!
