Tried to contact thru phone and email in regards to my moms homeowners insurance. It's been two weeks and no response from anyone. Apparently they are all so busy they are never in the office. To my surprise I have learned that my mom is and has been paying 4 xs the amount for homeowners insurance then anyone I know!!!!! I wanted answers as to why get monthly payments are so outrageous.
